Construction Worker Receives $1.8 Million
|
Cellino & Barnes - Trial Attorney Michael J. Lovecchio
A 42-year-old New York man received $1.8 million for injuries he suffered in a construction accident.
While on a section of scaffolding, our client was using a 40-pound river gun chipping concrete underneath a bridge, when he fell approximately six feet to the ground below.
As a result of his fall, our client suffered back injuries.
Attorney Michael Lovecchio had prepared the case for trial, utilizing some of the best experts in the country. As a result of this thorough preparation the insurance company on the eve of trial finally agreed to the $1.8 million settlement.
"It is the combination of our attorneys' skills and work ethic that have resulted in our courtroom successes," states Ross Cellino. "Michael Lovecchio's determination to proceed to trial was a key to the outcome of this case." |
