Growing up in a small rural community in Western New York instilled in me certain values that guide me not only as an individual, but also as an attorney; first and foremost being a profound sense of duty to serve my community and those in it. In this regard, I approach every interaction with my clients based upon my belief that I owe them a duty to represent their interests, and service their needs to the fullest extent capable. Preparation and experience are key to successfully carrying out this obligation, and equally important, are necessary for obtaining the best possible results for our clients.

Until joining Cellino & Barnes, much of my legal career had been devoted to representing insurance companies and the individuals they insure. Through this work I have gained an insight and understanding as to how the insurance industry and their counsel evaluate and ultimately litigate personal injury claims. These experiences have provided with me with a unique perspective that enables me to aggressively and effectively pursue personal injury claims on behalf of my clients.

I appreciate that not all personal injury cases are the same, and that each and every one affects individuals differently. In many instances my clients’ lives have been turned upside down as a result of someone else’s negligence and they are looking not only for representation, but for someone who will help make sense during trying times.
