Narrative
My entire professional career, interrupted by law school, has been spent in and around the insurance industry, allowing me to gain valuable insight into the manner in which the insurance industry operates. Following my graduation from St. Lawrence University, I embarked on a 10-year career as an insurance agent/broker in Buffalo, and succeeded in developing and maintaining a substantial client base. I learned not only sound business principles, but also the importance of a prompt response to client inquiries, and devoted every effort to assuring that clients' concerns were met with informed answers and effective action.
After graduating with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, I practiced in areas of the law that allowed me to master the intricacies of personal injury litigation and relevant insurance coverage issues. I was attracted to Cellino & Barnes by the firm's reputation for aggressively and effectively representing the rights of injured persons. I am dedicated to exercising my insight and knowledge of the insurance industry, coupled with sound legal experience, to gain full and fair compensation for each client I represent, whether it be by negotiation with insurance company representatives or by recourse to the courts.
I am a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County. I have also lectured at seminars devoted to the issues of insurance law and personal injury litigation.
