Narrative

The greatest assets a trial attorney can possess are passion, experience, and solid work ethic and preparation. For fifteen years I have been vigorously advocating for the rights of my clients and have achieved tremendous success both in and out of the courtroom.

I began my legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, obtaining justice for those victimized by serious crimes involving sexual assaults and domestic violence. I was able to provide to these crime victims the safety and security of knowing that those who wronged them were prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and jailed or imprisoned when warranted.

After four years fighting for the victims of serious crimes, I brought my passion and experience to the litigation of all types of personal injury matters, dedicating myself to those injured due to fault of others. I have successfully prosecuted matters involving injuries resulting from among other things, lead poisoning, defective products, medical malpractice, workplace accidents, slips and trips and falls, dog bites, assaults, and car accidents.

I also spent several important years representing those accused of causing injury due to their negligent acts or inaction. This experience provided me with the valuable insight into how defendants and their insurance companies evaluate matters, and prepare and argue their positions. I understand how the insurance companies work, how they think, what matters to them and what does not, and most importantly, how to obtain from the insurance companies a maximum recovery.

At Cellino & Barnes I apply my passion, experience, work ethic and preparation in the fight for justice for those injured by the fault and carelessness of others. I am dedicated to achieving for my clients the same superior results I demand from myself. I strive to provide to each and every one of my clients the highest quality service and exceptional results they deserve.
