| Narrative
While growing up within a blue-collar family in Western New York, I was instilled with the importance of having a strong work ethic. I have always applied that same work ethic to the practice of law and to representing injury victims.
Prior to returning to Western New York and joining Cellino & Barnes, I practiced in personal injury in both the State of Ohio and North Carolina. I have only represented injury victims in my career and have never represented insurance companies. I have negotiated hundreds of settlements and have engaged in many jury trials, consistently obtaining solid results for my clients. I have also obtained multiple six-figure recoveries in the areas of automobile accidents, premises liability, nursing home negligence and tractor-trailer accidents. In fact, I recently obtained a six-figure recovery for a client seriously injured in a trucking accident which was subsequently published in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly.
Despite my success in representing injury victims in Ohio and North Carolina, when given an opportunity to return home to Western New York and to join Cellino & Barnes, I jumped at the opportunity. In joining the firm, I knew that with over 30 injury attorneys and a diverse support staff, I would not only be able to continue representing injury victims against insurance companies, but be in position to match, if not exceed, the almost limitless resources possessed by large insurance companies and the defense firms that represent them. I am excited about the opportunity as a member of Cellino & Barnes to be able to use my years of experience in personal injury to represent injury victims throughout the Western New York area.
