Motorcycle Accident

Summary of "Motorcycle Accident"

Robert Schreck explains why you should hire an attorney who rides.

Robert Schreck Talks About Motorcycle Accidents - Transcript

Talking about motorcycle accidents, and that’s an important part area at Cellino & Barnes.  It always amazes me that you wouldn’t go to an attorney who in a car accident, who didn’t drive or you wouldn’t go to an attorney in a hunting accident who didn’t hunt, so I am always amazed why anyone who is injured in a motorcycle accident would use an attorney who didn’t ride.

Having been a rider, I know what it’s like going down the street when you’ve got that person pulling out of a parking lot, and you wonder, are they going to stop.  You are going into an intersection.  You wonder what’s going to happen with that car that doesn’t have its left turn signal on, but then starts to make the left-hand turn.  Those are the kind of things that happen out on the road and plenty of times people are injured through the negligence of others.  When an accident does happen, the attorney has to know, once you start litigation, what questions to ask, what could happen in a certain situation in terms of putting the bike down, swerving to avoid a car, and all the types of excuses that other drivers make involved in an accident.  When you are sitting at a deposition or in Court, you need to know the right questions to ask and the only way you’d know that is if you were a rider.  So I would encourage you that if you have any questions about motorcycle accidents or insurance coverage for your motorcycle, you feel free to give me a call at Cellino & Barnes.
