No Fault Benefits

Summary of "No Fault Benefits"

New York is a No-Fault State. Listen as Ross Cellino explains what that means.

No-Fault Benefits – Transcript

If you are in an auto accident in New York State, you are entitled to no-fault benefits.  No-fault benefits can cover lost wages, medical bills, and travel expenses to get to your doctors.  In order to qualify for no-fault benefits, you or your attorney must give notice to the proper insurance company within thirty days from the day of your accident.  This is very important.  If you miss this thirty day deadline, your no-fault benefits may be denied.

If you are in an accident, call us immediately and we will do all that is necessary to secure your no-fault benefits.  At Cellino & Barnes, our staff has the experience at handling thousands of no-fault files.  When you choose Cellino & Barnes, you will get the benefit of our extensive experience in assisting clients with no-fault claims.  We will be pleased to help you with every step to make sure that you receive all of your no-fault benefits.
