No-Fault Benefits – Transcript
If you are in an auto accident in New York State, you are entitled to
no-fault benefits. No-fault benefits can cover lost wages, medical bills, and travel expenses to get to your doctors. In order to qualify for no-fault benefits, you or your attorney must give notice to the proper insurance company within thirty days from the day of your accident. This is very important. If you miss this thirty day deadline, your no-fault benefits may be denied.
