Boating Accident Transcript

I practiced in Florida for six years and I’m still licensed to practice there, and I am working on a boating accident case in Florida right now.  A young gentleman was swimming with some friends on a Sunday at a beach off of Naples, and was in essence run over by a boat, got out of the way at the last minute, probably saved his life, but in the process, his left foot was severely mangled by the propeller. 

One of the advantages of working with a firm of our size and with our experience, I flew down to Florida the day after the accident happened, met with the client with his family, identified the issues that needed to be investigated. 

Because of my prior ties with the State of Florida and working there, was able to secure an investigator, and we were able to get the investigation going right away which is crucial in any case, not just a boating case.
