Construction Site Dangers - Transcript
Construction sites are dangerous places. If a property owner, general contractor or other responsible party does not provide proper safety equipment to protect you from a fall or if you are hit by a falling object caused by an improper hoisting or securing of the object, there are a number of potential defendants who can be held responsible for your injuries.
The person in authority and responsible for maintaining the site has an obligation to make sure that the site is safe. Too often, construction workers suffer serious life changing injuries because of someone elses negligence.
It is important to contact an attorney with extensive experience with
New York’s Labor Law and to do so as soon as possible. Construction does not stop when someone is injured. It is important for us to start our investigation and quickly gather as much evidence as possible from the jobsite.
Cellino & Barnes has obtained millions of dollars for many of our construction accident clients. We know New York Labor Law and we encourage you to
contact us today.
