Premises Liability – Injured on Another’s Property - Transcript
If you have been hurt on a person’s or a business’ property, the questions that we ask are, should the property owner have known that there was a dangerous condition. Did the property owner create or fail to correct a dangerous condition? Did they use reasonable care to keep the property safe?
Reasonable care means that the property owner was careful in their efforts to keep their property safe. If you believe the property owner was negligent, or knew about the dangerous condition, or should have known about a dangerous condition, you may be entitled to compensation for your injuries.
