Wrongful Death – Rear End Fatality – Transcript

A few years ago, I represented the family of a mom who died in a rear end accident. She was stopped, waiting to turn left, and her car was struck from behind by a large commercial truck.  The car caught fire and she died in that accident. 

The family came to me and asked me to help them in that case.  The dad had four kids he had to take care of, and through a complete and thorough investigation, and extensive litigation in that case, we were able to settle that case for the family just before trial.  That not only allowed us to provide some closure to the family, but it allowed us to make sure that each of her four kids, while they weren’t going to grow up with a mom, would have at least the financial security to go on with their lives.
