Foodborne Illness

Foodborne IllnessFoodborne Illness

Thousands of people each year are seriously injured and even die as a result of ingesting contaminated food.  If you have been poisoned with any of the following bacteria, contact us immediately so we can begin an investigation into your case.

How Do I know if I have a Claim?

There are three factors that generally must be proven in order to make a claim in a food poisoning case.

  • There should be evidence to show that the food was contaminated with foodborne bacteria. (This can be shown by either scientific confirmation or sometimes if a group of people became ill around the same time at a particular restaurant.)
  • The proof is needed to show that the contaminated food actually caused the illness.
  • As a result of the food poisoning, the person should be able to show he or she was harmed physically, mentally or financially.

If you or a loved one has contracted a foodborne illness, please contact our personal injury attorneys today.

Client Thanks

I would like to thank your firm for representing our family on behalf of my late husband. This whole process was, at times, difficult for us and sometimes painful. But, we were always in good hands as Brian and Maria are two of the hardest working and sincerest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They did a tremendous job.
